Balcony work is underway at the Dylan Condos on Glencairn Avenue in Toronto.
The project, by Chestnut Hill Developments along with Riise Building, includes one 10-storey boutique mid-rise with 218 suites, two levels of underground parking and ground floor retail. Amenities include a party room, billiards lounge, fitness centre with yoga studio and an outdoor terrace. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects & Planners and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Schaeffers Consulting Engineers (civil), MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Studio TLA (landscape).
